Services · CFO & advisory · Houston, TX
Most businesses our size cannot justify a full-time CFO, and most owners do not need one. What they need is somebody who reads the numbers every month, says what they mean, and flags the thing that is about to become a problem. That is what this is — monthly, on retainer, at a fraction of a hire.
Every level assumes the bookkeeping is current — advice built on unreliable records is worse than none.

Project work
Not every question needs a retainer. Sometimes you need one forecast for a lender, or one analysis before a decision.
These are the ones owners actually bring us. If yours is on this list, that is what the monthly conversation is for.
An honest limit
The reports we prepare are management-use financial information. They are not audits, reviews, or other assurance engagements, and we do not present them as such. If your lender or investor requires an audited or reviewed statement, that has to come from an appropriately licensed firm — and we will tell you plainly when that is what is being asked for.
We would rather lose the engagement than overstate what we provide.
If your records are behind, we fix those first and the advisory work begins once the numbers are trustworthy. Anything else is guessing with a spreadsheet.
Whatever decision is in front of you — a hire, a truck, a price increase, a slow quarter. Thirty minutes will tell you whether monthly advisory is worth it for your business.
